Auction Catalog bids will close on Friday, October 25th at 20:30 and then switch to live auction format at 20:31. Live bid duration is 15 seconds and the duration will be extended by 10 seconds with each new bid.

The commission rate in our auction is 15% and the VAT rate is 20%. Payments are received within 7 (seven) business days at the latest after the end of the auction. Ünal Auction House reserves the right to cancel the sale of products whose payments are not made within the specified period.

You can examine the works on sale at Ünal Auction House until 18:00 on Thursday, October 24th. Buyers who participate in our auction will be considered to have SEEN, EXAMINED and ACCEPT the product on site.

All Works are offered for sale "as is", the Buyer accepts and undertakes that he/she has sufficiently checked the goods sold before bidding and that he/she waives the provisions specified in Article 198 of the Code of Obligations.

The Shipping and Cargo fees of the Works sold belong to the Buyer. Our Company is not responsible for any damage that may occur in the cargo, it is recommended that the Works be received in person.

There is no "CANCELLATION OF SALE, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL or WAIVER OF PURCHASE" after the auction. Otherwise, a 35% intermediary service is applied as a penalty.
